Mike Maher  A four year player and captain at the University of Vermont, Mike Maher spent the last 19 years coaching and teaching at the Taft School in Watertown, CT. He recently accepted the position of Head of School at the Berkshire School. A talented and committed skill development coach, Mike has worked in a myriad of skill development programs throughout his career. Many of his players have gone on to the most selective college hockey programs and several have been NHL draft choices. He has served as a coach for USA Hockey and a scout for the Calgary Flames.


Jim Ward   Currently the Head Coach at Connecticut College, Jim has worked with players of all ages as a skill development coach. During his career Jim has worked as an assistant coach at Princeton University, Union College and Norwich University and as Head Coach and teacher at Northfield Mount Hermon School. Having worked with student-athletes as a coach, scout, recruiter and teacher, Jim brings his expertise to all aspects of the NHT program.

Eric Kapitulik  CEO and founder of The Program, Eric Kapitulik attended the U.S. Naval Academy where he was a 4-year varsity letter winner and played on 3 NCAA Lacrosse Tournament teams. He went on to serve as a Platoon Commander with 1st Force Reconnaissance Company, 1st Marine Division where he led 20 covert operations specialists in special forces-related missions. He has finished 8 Iron Man triathlons, numerous marathons and ultra marathons, and has summited 5 of the 7 highest peaks on the 7 continents.
