Girls Camp
Coming Summer, 2011

At a time when so many camps are offering showcase tournaments, NHT keeps the focus on training and development for high school age players, their coaches, and their parents. Our primary objective is to give players who aspire to play college hockey the mental and physical skills they need to succeed in the college game. We have an exciting program planned, one that places equal emphasis on off- and on-ice training. Each player attends five practices and off-ice training sessions. In addition, all players attend seminars that are dedicated to topics regarding character development and the mental aspects of sports. Finally, every player plays in five games. While we have an exciting and challenging program, it is the people that make the experience distinct. We have a talented and dedicated staff, led by on-ice director Katey Stone, Harvard’s head coach and the coach of the U.S. Under-18 team. All of our instructors are educators first and foremost, and they are all experienced in working with young people. Below you can find a list of coaches and speakers who will be involved in the program.

Cost: $700.00 (includes cost of room and board)

Goaltender Program

We will provide five goaltender sessions during each camp. Goaltending sessions focus on maximizing the potential of each goaltender. Training programs are personalized based on experience and ability.
